Use the guide to plan your trip. Choose where to stay, build your itinerary, and select activities based on its recommendations. If, after your trip, you honestly feel the guide didn’t save you time planning, email us and we’ll give you a full refund.

No hoops and no hard feelings. We only want to keep your money if the guide genuinely helped you spend less time researching and more time looking forward to your trip. To receive a refund, you just need to  (1) Actually use our guide (2) actually go on your trip and (3) answer a few questions about how we can improve the guide. We want it within 14 days because we want it fresh while it’s on your mind, so you can let us know:

• Your travel dates

• Proof of hotel/resort stay and activities

• What part of the guide was most useful for you

• How you felt like the guide fell short (we want you to tell us how we can improve it, because we will)

We will:

• Give you a full refund.

• Improve the guide based on your feedback.

We ask you to email us these details because our guides have cost us hundreds of hours of research for our trips, thousands of dollars in travel, many painful mistakes along the way, and then hundreds more hours to condense all that into a guide we think is really helpful.
